By purchasing or using any VelocityX product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use VelocityX software according to your purchased tier. Sharing, redistributing, reselling, cracking, or reverse-engineering the software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.

2. Use of Software

VelocityX software is provided as-is. Any third-party platform Terms of Service that you may be using our software alongside are your own responsibility. VelocityX is not liable for third-party platform actions taken against your account.

3. Account & Access

• One licence per user. HWID-locked.
• Sharing your key revokes your access.
• Subscription tiers expire on the listed date.

4. Conduct

Disrespect toward staff, malicious behaviour in our Discord, or attempts to abuse refund/chargeback systems will result in a permanent ban from VelocityX services.

5. Liability

VelocityX is not liable for any damage, loss, or platform-side action that arises from the use of our software. You assume full responsibility for use.

6. Updates to Terms

VelocityX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

VelocityX is committed to transparency about how we collect, use, and store user data. By using our products, you agree to the practices described below.

• System interaction data related to product usage

2. Purpose of Collection

• Verify legitimate ownership and usage
• Prevent unauthorized sharing or redistribution
• Protect against reverse engineering and tampering
• Improve product performance and stability
• Enforce our Terms of Service

3. Desktop Screenshot Collection

Our software may capture images of your desktop during use, strictly for security, anti-abuse, and anti-reverse-engineering purposes. By using our products, you consent to this collection. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

4. Storage & Security

All collected data is stored securely with restricted access. We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.

5. Data Sharing

VelocityX does not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data only when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights, systems, or users.

6. Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to maintain service integrity and prevent abuse.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights regarding your data. Use of VelocityX services is conditional upon acceptance of this collection.

1. General Policy

All sales are final unless the conditions below are met. Due to the digital nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy to prevent abuse.

2. Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only when the product is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• You violated any part of our Terms of Service
• You refuse to cooperate with support
• You cannot provide valid proof of purchase
• Issue is caused by user error or unsupported setups
• You changed your mind
• You expected features not explicitly advertised

4. Abuse & Fraud

Attempts to abuse the refund system result in permanent denial of refunds and future services.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first is a Terms violation. Users who chargeback will be permanently banned and blacklisted.

6. Process

Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method only.
